Terms and Conditions

Important Booking Terms – Previous Tuning Declaration

To help us deliver the best possible service and avoid unnecessary costs, please read the following terms carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Disclosure of Previous Tuning

You are required to accurately state whether your vehicle has previously been tuned, remapped, or altered in any way from its factory ECU settings.

  • If you know your vehicle has been tuned, you must declare this when booking.
  • If you are unsure, please enter "Not Sure" when prompted.
  • If you know your vehicle has already been tuned and are seeking a custom tune, please contact us before booking to discuss your vehicle’s setup and suitability. This helps us assess compatibility and ensure we have enough time to complete the work.

 2. On Arrival – Undisclosed Tuning

If the vehicle arrives and it has clearly been tuned previously but this was not disclosed during the booking process:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or adjust the service based on vehicle condition and suitability.
  • If you choose not to proceed with tuning after our assessment or initial dyno runs, a non-refundable fee of £150 will apply to cover the reserved dyno time, technician labour, and administration.
  • This charge applies even if you were unsure at the time of booking or claimed the vehicle had not been tuned.

3. Proceeding With Retuning

If the vehicle has been tuned before and we determine that we can make improvements:

  • We will proceed with a custom tune only with your agreement.
  • This includes all dyno time, diagnostics, adjustments, and final mapping.

4.  Warranty

You as the customer and owner of the vehicle are responsible for any maintenance, both past and future.  Whilst we carry out diagnostics before proceeding with any works and other checks where appropriate not everything can be spotted.  Internal engine, turbo, clutch and gearbox faults are unknown to us and we therefore assume they are in good working order.

  • It is your responsibility to bring us a vehicle in good working order.
  • If we find faults during our initial assessment we reserve the right to stop works and charge for the time spent.
  • It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any failed component that fails during or after the tuning process.

5.  Presenting Your Car For Dyno Tuning

Your vehicle must arrive in a full roadworthy condition unless otherwise agreed.

  • Tyres must have a minimum of 1.6mm tread depth across the whole tyre, at the correct pressures and with no punctures or structural damage to go on our rolling road.  Any failure of a tyre when dyno tuning and any subsequent damage is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
  • The vehicle should be free from  fluid leaks.
  • Bodywork and undertrays must be secure.
  • The vehicle should not be excessively lowered from factory specifications, you must contact us first to ensure suitability if it is.

6.  Booking Deposits

The deposit you pay when booking is to cover part of the costs associated with your booking and to secure your tuning appointment. Deposits are no refundable and you will loose your deposit for the following reasons -

  • Failure to turn up for your booking or arriving more than 15 minutes late.
  • Cancelling your appointment
  • Moving your booking without sufficient notice
  • Bringing a vehicle unfit for tuning or dyno testing
  • Arriving with undisclosed modifications

✅ By placing a booking, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these terms;
  • You accept the £150 fee if your vehicle has been previously tuned and you choose not to proceed;
  • You will contact us in advance if your vehicle has already been tuned and you are seeking a custom calibration.
